Poster Specification

We are glad to announce that, thanks to cooperation with the S&T Digital Library of CNR, we have access to digital whiteboards for poster presentation. The posters will thus be in an electronic form, no need to print them.

Posters will be allowed to be from 1 to 4 pages long and will need to be prepared along the following specifications:

File format: JPEG portrait (a static file, thus no animation, video or external links are allowed)

Image size:

Single page:
  • width 1080 pixels height 1920 pixels (for posters created with Corel Draw, Paint Shop Pro etc… )
  • width 28.6 cm height 50.8 cm (for posters created with PowerPoint)
More than one page:
  • width 1080 pixels height 1830 pixels (for posters created with Corel Draw, Paint Shop Pro etc… )
  • width 28.6 cm height 48.42 cm (for posters created with PowerPoint)

These have slightly smaller dimensions because of the need to put forward-back buttons. Please put page number in each page (i.e.: 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4)

No restrictions for dpi: 96dpi, 150dpi, 300dpi are fine.

File name:

The name should include the number of the poster, the surname of the first author, the number of the page and the total number of pages. For example, poster 23 from Doe & Moe and should be named 23_Doe_1-1 for one page posters, 23_Doe_1-4, 23_Doe_2-4, 23_Doe_3-4, 23_Doe_4-4 for four pages posters.
